Minimum of 3 hours per visit provided by Qualified Support Services Providers. Home support services booked using gift certificates can only be used for non-medical support services.

• May be combined with other forms of payment.  
• The full value of gift certificate does not need to be redeemed at once.  
• Not exchangeable for cash and no value unless redeemed.
